Epson has launched the EH-LS9000B, its latest Pro Home projector aimed at home theatre enthusiasts who want a genuine big-screen setup without leaving the house. Priced at ₹3,69,999, it brings real 4K resolution and laser light source technology to living rooms—and it can project up to 300 inches.
The projector runs on Epson's 3LCD laser technology, delivering 2,200 lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of over 25,00,000:1. That's the kind of contrast that makes dark scenes actually look dark, not grey. The laser light source is rated for up to 20,000 hours, so you're unlikely to ever replace a bulb.
One detail worth noting: the EH-LS9000B operates at just 22 dB in Eco mode. That's quieter than most desktop fans, which matters more than people realise when you're watching a film with a whisper-quiet soundtrack.
On the connectivity side, it supports HDMI with eARC/ARC, RS-232C, and IP control—making it compatible with most modern AV and smart home setups. There's also a Trigger Out port for motorised screen automation, a small but useful touch for dedicated home theatres.
The EH-LS9000B comes with a three-year warranty, or 20,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. It's available now across Epson's authorised retail network in India.
Harish AK, Senior General Manager at Epson India, said the launch reflects the company's focus on "redefining home entertainment."
