Lenovo will start selling ZUK Z1 today via first flash sale at a price of Rs 13,499
This is one of the most talked about phone of the season. After buying Motorola, Lenovo made its sub-brand, ZUK (pronounced as Z-U-K and not ZOOK), available in China last year. Now, they have brought it to India and have launched the first smartphone in the series, the Z1, available to the Indian users.
The first flash sale will happen today at 2PM and users can get the handset at a price of Rs 13,499. The smartphone has a 5.5-inch Full HD display and comes with a metal frame body. Zuk Z1 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM and 64GB on-board storage.
As for the photos, the Z1 has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and an 8MP front-facing snapper. The smartphone is 4G capable, and is backed by a 4,100 mAh battery. The smartphone also has a fingerprint scanner integrated with the home button.
In our experience, the ZUK Z1 looks simplistic yet attractive. It boasts a metal frame paired with a plastic rear panel. Build quality is surprisingly good and the phone is lightweight as well. The fingerprint scanner perfectly blends with the front glass panel and thus, doesn't stick out. Despite having a 5.5-inch screen, the device is very handy. The curved back helps a lot with the grip, too.
