Following WrestleMania XL, WWE fans entered a new era under the leadership of Paul “Triple H” Levesque. Bayley, a key figure in the women’s division and a long collaborator with Triple H since her early days in NXT, recently shared her thoughts on this exciting transition. Bayley has an impressive list of accolades that includes the WWE Women’s Championship, SmackDown Women’s Championship, NXT Women’s Championship, and more.

Bayley began her journey in WWE in 2012, during a time when Triple H was seeing the black and gold brand, NXT. With Vince McMahon stepping back from his leadership role and Triple H now at the forefront as the Chief Content Officer of the main roster, Bayley, who continues to shine on SmackDown, took the opportunity to reflect on her experiences.
In a recent interview on The Rob Brown Show, she expressed her admiration for the current era and the unique connection that the talents like herself have with Triple H. Speaking on the subject, she said, “I still can't believe the era we're in right now. Us NXT kids that grew up with him in that era are super lucky that he's so familiar with us. We got a little taste of it then, but it's so different now where it's on a much larger scale, and somehow he still makes time for everybody. In NXT it was different; we were [sic] a smaller roster, and [had a] smaller arena to fill.”
Despite the increased scale of the organization, Bayley emphasized how Triple H continues to make time for everyone, regardless of their status within the company. “Even now, he still makes time for us, from top to bottom, from Randy Orton to me to anybody on the show. That helps the feeling backstage. He makes you feel seen and like he has your best interest at heart. That does a lot for our morale and goes a long way,” she said.
Bayley’s reflections highlight the positive changes under Triple H’s direction, emphasizing the importance of personal connections and the supportive culture he fosters within WWE. As WWE continues to evolve, Triple H’s influence and leadership bear the potential to shape the future of wrestling for the better.
