Talk Is Jericho Highlight: Ricochet Tells Triple H He’s Leaving WWE
The newly released Netflix documentary on Vince McMahon highlighted his intense dedication to the business, which often led to chaotic situations within WWE. Matt Camp pointed out that under Triple H, people are no longer subjected to long hours in creative meetings, as he makes sure no one is overwhelmed. The former host of The Bump emphasized that Triple H values family time and believes WWE employees should have the same balance.
"I will tell you that it has changed under Triple H. There are hours to the day now. There are no people sitting around for five or six hours in creative meetings waiting for Vince or getting a call at one o'clock in the morning on a regular. As normal as wrestling can be. Hunter wants to be a husband. He wants to see his kids, and he wants to have a chance to do that. He wants to have a chance to bring his daughter to college like he did when they were overseas a month ago. I appreciate that." [From 16:10 onwards]

Why I was RELEASED by the WWE | Matt Camp Tells the Story of his LEAVING from the WWE
Pro wrestling is a year-round profession, with superstars performing constantly for global audiences. Traditionally, WWE talents didn't receive time off during the holiday season and often had to work additional live events. However, this changed under Triple H's leadership. Matt Camp shared that during his final two years with the company, he was able to spend Christmas week with his family. Like many others at WWE, Camp appreciated this gesture, recalling:
"The last two years when I worked there, we got Christmas week off. And that was like, 'Man, of course. Why wouldn't you?' Like, USA [Network] was okay with that, and I appreciate the talents who went and did the holiday house show tour, but there was an appreciation of, 'You don't have to do this this week. A double taping.' It has gotten better that way." [16:41 onwards]
While the TV product will inevitably experience ups and downs, it appears that Triple H and the new management are working to improve things for WWE beyond just the in-ring action.
