Rob Van Dam and his partner, Katie Forbes, have come together to launch a platform they are now calling “Only Wrestlers”. This is supposed to be a subscription based service where fans can subscribe to their favorite wrestlers in order to get access to exclusive content from their lives. So, in a way, the website is aimed at bringing wrestlers closer to their fans.
While speaking about the business venture, Forbes mentioned that the website is similar to OnlyFans minus the adult stuff. She stated that she was happy to be launching a new platform where wrestlers around the world will be able to post whatever they want while also having the ability to interact and form new relationships with their fans.
Katie also mentioned that she wishes to return to TNA and other promotions as Rob’s manager. But, at the time of writing, there seems to be no real indication that this will turn into reality. On a different note, Forbes and RVD’s newest business venture could prove to be a massive success and is also good for the business. Let’s take a look at why that is the case.

Why RVD and Katie Forbes’ new website can be a massive success

Wrestling doesn’t begin and end with WWE. There are a ton of promotions around the world, where fighters bleed and sweat for a shot at glory. However, despite doing such a gruesome job that carries a constant risk of injury, wrestlers who don’t make it to WWE or AEW struggle to make it big and make a lot of money.
We’ve often seen stars from the independent scene struggle to make ends meet, simply because the pay isn’t good. However, with the introduction of RVD and Forbes’ new website, even wrestling freelancers can leverage their fan base and make money off them through Only Wrestling. If the website ends up working as intended, we could witness an absolute revolution in the business during the next few years.
