American judoka, mixed martial artist and professional wrestler Ronda Rousey is a significant name among WWE female superstars. After having a noteworthy career in Mixed Martial Arts where she was inducted in the UFC Hall of Fame in 2018, she stepped into WWE where she had an equally successful career before she announced her retirement from full- time professional wrestling in 2023. Ronda Rousey came to be known as the only female wrestler to have held championship titles in both the UFC and WWE.

Citing the achievements of the Rowdy, Paul Heyman shared in an interview about the women's division of WWE being one of the superior in any other industry currently. He further elaborated on how Ronda Rousey, who was previously a MMA artist, found her calling as an actor and character alongside athleticism only after joining WWE.

The interview happened when The Wiseman made a recent appearance on the Bloomberg Live Season 2. It is here that the Hall of Famer Paul Heyman said, “Ronda Rousey came to WWE to display her athletic skills and while doing it, she got a chance to also display her own persona as a character. When Ronda Rousey, who is to MMA is William sisters to Tennis, comes to WWE to do that, it speaks volumes of what we are doing. So women here are not only magnificent athletes, they have acting chops as well.”

Ronda Rousey is currently on family way for the second time. This year, she released a new book sharing about the journey of motherhood from her unique perspective. Our Fight: A Memoir also reflects on her journey to the pinnacle of the sports world. Rousey is also involved in her other endeavors. While Paul Heyman has been on a sabbatical from WWE live television programming since he was smashed down by the Solo Sikoa along with his Bloodline in Madison Square Garden earlier this year.

The UFC Heavyweight Champion, Ronda Rousey, was a dominant figure in the field of Mixed Martial Arts. It was only after having made significant achievements in MMA, Rousey made her transition into WWE in 2018 to pursue professional wrestling full- time. The UFC Hall of Famer had a significant career in WWE as well, having won a number of championship titles.
