Shannon Sharpe has not stayed silent about this and has already taken a jab at Ray Lewis. But it seems the NFL legend is getting brutally trolled by his fans for making jabs at Ray Lewis.

A few days ago, Shannon Sharpe’s former teammate, Ray Lewis, commented on his now deleted podcast about Sharpe’s life and work.



Ray Lewis said, “I’m shocked at his content…You’re gonna take that route? I can’t go that route. Never can go that route.”

This had sparked chaos among fans and now, a few hours ago, Shannon Sharpe finally broke his silence on it.

On a recent episode of his popular podcast, Nightcap, Shannon Sharpe said, “I got nothing bad to say….It’s low-hanging fruit and there are a lot of people taking your shot at your boy”.

Shannon Sharpe added, “Everybody want to get a lick now because when your boy was doing good, a lot of people didn’t have a whole lot to say.”

But this statement of his has sparked outrage among fans as many are still trolling him for being accused of sexually assaulting a 20 year old former model.

A fan by the username @Peakjebz took to X and wrote, “Unc wants grown ass men to massage his ego. Ray Lewis didn’t say anything egregious. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong in calling you out for acting out of character & trying to be a flawed youth at an old age. Just act your age.”

Another fan by the username @RAREPALACE wrote, “Ray Lewis ain’t say nothing wrong . You a clown who let a 20 year old extort you lmao”.

A third fan by the username @Subtweetdiz wrote, “Stop tryna play the sympathy card!!! You let a 20 yr old trick you out of 20mil. I would clown ya ass every chance I got too.”

Another fan by the username @DenmarkVesey4 noted, “There was nothing to say before yet Let a 23 year old white girl play you out of half your fortune. The world didn’t know that you chinked on your daughter’s wedding so you could have more money to buy little white girls. This she be what your remembered for.”

Shannon Sharpe has not responded to the trolling yet and has tried to stay away from commenting on his sexual assault case, after he settled the lawsuit with the young woman.

As per reports, Shannon Sharpe paid a whopping $20 million to settle the lawsuit with the 20 year old former model.
