On Friday after the Chicago Bears fired the head coach Matt Eberflus shocking the NFL community. Matt had spent 3 seasons with the Chicago Bears and was hired back in 2022. However, he could not really perform for the team and when the Chicago Bears lost their sixth match in a row, Matt was fired immediately.
Who will Train the Chicago Bears?
In an interesting development, Thomas Brown, their interim head coach has been promoted to be the head coach for this season since they will need time to look for a replacement of Matt. Thomas might be lucky because in the past few seasons, many interim head coaches have been hired as head coaches - this includes Jason Garrett for the Dallas Cowboys, and Doug Marrone for the Jacksonville Jaguars, to name a few.

Thomas Brown was hired as a running backs coach by the Los Angeles Rams after spending close to nine years in the college ranks. However, he soon moved on from the Los Angeles Rams and joined the Carolina Panthers after around three seasons in the designation of an offensive coordinator.

While Thomas Brown is being considered for the role, the management is also eyeing the coaches of the Detroit Lions because of their successful performances this season.
