Caswell and Gabriel met during a middle school orientation in Hawaii, between their sixth and seventh grades. Both were new students and ended up in the same gardening activity. Caswell recalled the moment during a December 2024 interview with KOIN News, saying Gabriel kept moving closer to her, which caught her attention.

They briefly dated in middle school, then reconnected during their junior year of high school. In early 2019, Gabriel left Hawaii to play college football at UCF in Florida. The relationship lasted nearly three years while long-distance.

In January 2022, Gabriel transferred to the University of Oklahoma and asked Caswell to move with him. She agreed. On September 1, 2024, the couple announced their engagement through a joint Instagram post.

Caswell earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May 2023. Alongside her studies, Caswell is a famous lifestyle and fashion content creator. She shares game-day fits, travel moments, and daily routines on Instagram and TikTok. In October 2025, Caswell shared a PR haul from Crocs on social media, thanking the brand for the items. She has also posted about watching games with DirecTV, tagging the company in a game-day post. Caswell confirmed during a February 2025 TikTok video that she and Gabriel plan to marry in the summer of 2026. She said they intend to hold a Catholic church ceremony, followed by a larger traditional celebration.
