Shannon Sharpe’s ex-stylist hinted at a highly controversial past of the NFL legend amid sexual assault lawsuit settlement

Shannon Sharpe, the NFL legend, is trying to maintain a low profile now after months of being involved in a scandalous legal mess with a 20 year old former model. The 20 year old woman had accused Shannon Sharpe of sexually assaulting her and the two reached a settlement recently. amid the mess, Shannon Sharpe’s ex stylist had spilled some beans about the NFL legend’s life.

Shannon Sharpe was accused of assault by the 20 year old former model in April 2025 when he was sued for a whopping $50 million. Amid this, his former stylist, Russell "Hollywood" Simpson, had posted a controversial image on his Instagram story.



Russell "Hollywood" Simpson had posted an image of Shannon Sharpe surrounded by swimsuit clad women on his Instagram song with the song, "Ran Out" by JT.

The caption of the picture read as, "See when I was around you never heard a single word! I had everything so organized."

This had raised many eyebrows as fans speculated that Shannon Sharpe’s former stylist was involved in “cleaning up” the NFL legend’s controversial habits.

However, neither Shannon Sharpe nor his former stylist Russell "Hollywood" Simpson have issued any statements to clear the confusion around the controversial post.

Apart from being accused of sexually assaulting her, Shannon Sharpe was also accused of “threatening to harm” her.

According to NBC Sports, as per her 13 page complaint against Shannon Sharpe, the 20 year old model stated that, “After many months of manipulating and controlling Plaintiff — a woman more than thirty years younger than he — and repeatedly threatening to brutally choke and violently slap her…”

The complaint added, “Sharpe refused to accept the answer no and raped Plaintiff, despite her sobbing and repeated screams of ‘no.’”

As of now, the 20 year old woman has retired from her career as an model as Shannon Sharpe has been fired from ESPN.
