Now, according to recent reports, the company has surpassed $3 million in contributions supporting youth empowerment through the Why Not You Foundation.

Wilson proudly acknowledged the milestone on Instagram while thanking supporters who helped the movement grow.

The business itself has expanded rapidly. Beyond hoodies, backpacks, and casual wear, 3BRAND recently entered the youth sports market with team uniforms covering football, basketball, baseball, and soccer.

Financially, the numbers have become massive as well. Reports indicate the company generated more than $100 million in sales during 2024, while also crossing $70 million during the first half of 2025 alone.

Still, Wilson insists the mission matters more than the revenue.

“A lot of the things that Ciara and I accomplished, we wrote them out as kids and had people who believed in us,” Wilson told Forbes. “But as a young kid, you ultimately have to believe in you. It’s about motivating the next generation.”

According to reports from The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand, Wilson is reportedly in serious discussions about entering broadcasting, with CBS Sports emerging as a possible landing spot.

“Russ Wilson is in deep talks to go into television, with CBS’s NFL Today the favorite, as he contemplates the end of his playing career,” Marchand reported.

Wilson has already built familiarity with sports media through previous guest analyst appearances. If he ultimately steps away from football, many around the league believe his calm personality, leadership style, and communication skills could translate naturally into television.

For now, though, Wilson appears caught between two worlds: one final NFL opportunity or an entirely new chapter in front of the camera.
