Coach Jason Brown once battled through the same struggles Mike Vrabel faces now. Brown kept pushing, but that relentless fight ended with his resignation and possibly the end of his coaching days. Vrabel deserves a different fate; he should step back now, while there is still time to save his career.
Football Crave shared a screenshot of TreVeyon Henderson’s social media post on X with the caption:
“Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson has planted his flag on the Mike Vrabel Dianna Russini affair. Vrabel is now expected to step down prior to training camp.”
TreVeyon Henderson’s post linked to Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini through boat emoji
TreVeyon Henderson’s cryptic social media post read:
“If you read this, I pray that this gives you hope. Your sin may be great, but God’s grace is greater. Turn away from sin and put your trust in Jesus [folded hands emoji].
‘Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.’ [boat emoji] Hebrews 13:4.”
In July 2021, when the rental private boat incident occurred, Mike Vrabel was married. This just came to light through TMZ in May 2026. While the New England Patriots players are building for a tougher season after a failed attempt at Super Bowl LX, there’s something troubling them.
In today’s news-at-the-tips-of-your-thumbs world, the rental private boat news may have reached the Patriots facility.
Though the Patriots’ head coach spoke to his players before the 2026 NFL Draft about the Dianna Russini scandal, the news did not stop coming. Now, with rookie minicamp here and training camp just two months away, the Patriots players are more than serious about their preparation for the next season.
However, if news involving their head coach and the top NFL reporter continues to pop up every week, it may disturb their mental state. That seems to be what is happening, as several people usually look up to social media to express their concerns.
And so, one social media post shows up concerning one particular Patriots player: running back TreVeyon Henderson. The cryptic social media post does not mention the head coach or the reporter.
But it has gained significant traction online, with over 500K views, 4.7K hearts, 170+ comments, 390+ reposts, and 280+ bookmarks. Even the very first comment looks like a rebuttal for the running back: “Remember when Vrabel said that Henderson needed to be educated? Yeah, well…checkmate, TreVeyon!”
But, but, but --- the X post was not created by Mike Vrabel's pupil TreVeyon Henderson. Sorry for such a late spoiler alert.
TreVeyon Henderson did not post anything related to Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini
The post shared by Football Crave was half information from TreVeyon’s old post and half reportedly made by a parody account.
TreVeyon’s original X post comprised the following: “If you read this, I pray that this gives you hope. Your sin may be great, but God’s grace is greater. Turn away from sin and put your trust in Jesus
‘God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.’ Ephesians 2:8-10.”
He added four images to the post. His original post did not have boat emoji. He posted it on May 1, and it has garnered over 15K hearts, 700+ bookmarks, 1.3K reposts, 200+ comments, and 484K views.
Long story short: the idea of linking a Patriots player’s post to his head coach’s alleged scandal is inexplicable, but the whole world is believing it…looking at the comments. One user wrote, “Vrabel will now trade Henderson to ‘educate’ him.”
Another questioned, “I thought they all forgave him and he was good? No?” A third user wrote, "Bro cold blooded doing your coach like that. He's definitely wrong, but why insert yourself at all?" And the comments just keep coming...
TreVeyon Henderson replies to Football Crave
The Patriots running back's X post was tweaked to add flavor to the whole Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini situation.
This may have reached the doorstep of TreVeyon Henderson. And he gave a befitting response to it.
He commented on the parody account's X post, saying, "I have never made a public statement on the Vrabes situation. Respectfully, please stop misspreading false information."
A user quickly commented on Henderson's comment, saying, "Unfortunately, TreVeyon, Parody accounts get away with this type of false information spreading all the time."
