"Non-consensual v*ginal penetration": Shannon Sharpe’s ex Michele Evans accused him of sexual assault and is now involved in $50M lawsuit

Recently, Michele Evans had filed a lawsuit for the s*x tape of Shannon Sharpe and the 20 year old model to not be deleted. Now, as per the US Sun, the judge has accepted this request and has ordered the NFL legend to preserve the s*x tape.



As Shannon Sharpe was dealing with the $50 million lawsuit filed by the 20 year old model, Michele Evans decided to speak about the NFL legend sexually assaulting her in 2010.

In 2023, Michele Evans sued Shannon Sharpe for threatening to ruin her reputation; but not for sexually assaulting her.

However, her lawsuit details the sexual assault. As per People, the lawsuit states that, “Thereafter, Shannon's coercion escalated as he maneuvered me onto the bed and achieved non-consensual vaginal penetration, all the while proclaiming his intent to ‘Make it so no other man would want me.”



Apparently, as per the lawsuit, at one point, Shannon Sharpe and Michele Evans were dating. When she wanted to break up in 2010, Shannon Sharpe sexually assaulted her.

While Shannon Sharpe has stayed silent about the allegations made by Michele Evans, his lawyers have strongly denied the accusations.

As per Page Six, a representative of Shannon Sharpe said, “Michele Evans’ claims are ridiculous and completely without merit.”

Shannon Sharpe has also stayed silent about reaching a settlement with the model and has continued filming for his podcasts.
