A new development in the murder case of the Kansas City Chiefs fan as the father of one of the three Chiefs fans found dead in a friend’s backyard has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
Earlier, two men have been charged in connection with the murder of the Kansas City Chiefs fans.

According to a report by TMZ Sports, Jon Harrington has filed a lawsuit against accused Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson on Friday, March 7 in Missouri.
Willis and Carson were accused of the death of the Kansas City Chiefs fan and charged with 14 months imprisonment. Authorities say that the three died due to a fatal mixture of cocaine and fentanyl.
In the lawsuit, Jon Harrington alleged that Willis and Carson were aware of the dangers the drugs posed.
“Defendant Willis and Defendant Ivory knew, or through the use of a reasonable degree of care, should have known of the presence of the fentanyl and the dangers and hazards that it posed including the possibility of being lethal to anyone that might ingest it,” it stated.
The suit further added, “Once [Harrington] began to suffer from the dangers and hazards of the cocaine and fentanyl, [the two men] failed to render aid or otherwise attempt to rescue decedent from the impacts cause by the cocaine and fentanyl.”
