Jaxson Dart and Marissa Ayers make a stylish public appearance at NHL game as Giants' rookie embraces the spotlight

New York Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart and his girlfriend, Marissa Ayers, were recently spotted attending an NHL matchup between the Utah Mammoth and Seattle Kraken on January 17 in Salt Lake City. The outing quickly caught fans’ attention as cameras captured a candid reaction from Dart during the game.

During the Mammoth’s 6-3 home win, Dart appeared fully locked into the action. His mouth was visibly wide open in surprise while Ayers rested her hand on his shoulder. Dart wore a Utah Mammoth jersey paired with a backward cap. Ayers matched the relaxed vibe in a leather jacket layered over a black top, finishing the look with a cap of her own.

Dart balances rising stardom, a public relationship, and a fresh start in New York

Dart later shared a moment from the game on Instagram, posing with Utah Mammoth forward Clayton Keller. The appearance marked another casual stop in what has become a series of public outings for the couple. On the field, Dart showed promise despite a tough season for the Giants.


The 22-year-old threw 15 touchdowns and five interceptions across 14 games, while also adding nine rushing touchdowns. His impressive physical gameplay stood out for many, even as the team struggled to a 4-13 finish and parted ways with head coach Brian Daboll in November. Significant change arrived quickly as the Giants officially ushered in a new era with the hiring of John Harbaugh.

Harbaugh signed a five-year deal after an 18-year run with the Baltimore Ravens that included a Super Bowl title. He did not hesitate to praise his new quarterback, telling The Athletic’s Ian O’Connor, “Watched him on tape, he had a heckuva rookie season, and he’s got the right mindset. That is one tough dude.”

Inside the locker room, optimism is already building with Harbaugh's arrival. Running back Cam Skattebo summed up the enthusiastic mood of the team, as he posted on Instagram saying, “New ******* era.” For Dart, it is an exciting time, both personally and professionally, and fans are excited for what’s to come.
