Shannon Sharpe, the NFL legend, has now been fired from his job at ESPN’s First Take after he recently settled a lawsuit with a young woman who had accused him of sexual assault. The young woman is a 20 years old former model who had sued Shannon Sharpe for a whopping $50 million. A few months before Shannon Sharpe was sued for $50 million, he had invited Mo'Nique on the Club Shay Shay podcast.



As Shannon Sharpe and Mo'Nique were discussing relationships, the popular comedian told him, “You don't need no 26-year-old girl; you don't need no 36-year-old girl…You’re trying to hang out with these young b-tches. You can’t do it, Shannon!”

Shannon Sharpe has spoken about getting fired by ESPN

Shannon Sharpe has not addressed the criticism he has received over his relationship with the 20 year old former model.

However, the NFL legend has broken his silence on being fired from ESPN. On a recent episode of his podcast Nightcap, Shannon Sharpe said, “The only thing that I really asked is, ‘Guys, could we wait until Monday? My brother’s going into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I really want it to be about him and I want it to be about my family.'”

Currently, Shannon Sharpe is only working and shooting his podcasts, after he found himself sued by the 20 year old model. With now getting fired from ESPN, Shannon Sharpe has yet to announce his next move.
