“Good woman”: Deion Sanders opens up about love and balance as he shares heartfelt thoughts on his relationship with Karrueche Tran

In a recent episode of his streaming talk show, We Got Time Today, Deion Sanders offered a glimpse into his personal life, talking about his relationship with actress and model Karrueche Tran. At 58, Sanders is navigating demanding responsibilities as a college football coach, a father, and a public figure.

During the conversation, Sanders had high praise for Tran, reflecting how she has contributed a lot of wonderful moments and memories in their time together. The head coach credits Tran for elevating his life in the best way and making him happy. His words reflected a sense of appreciation and genuine happiness, signaling how meaningful this relationship has become for him.

During the conversation with co-host Rocsi Diaz, Sanders did not overcomplicate his feelings about Tran and spoke with a lot of warmth, saying, “Good woman, good person, has added so much to my life and my days and my moments. And I'm smiling.” Tran has been by Sanders’ side through difficult moments, including his bladder cancer surgery, when dating rumors first gained public attention.


Since then, the two have been seen together consistently, showcasing a steady and supportive relationship rather than a fleeting headline. Last month, Tran was spotted supporting Sanders’ family at his son Shedeur Sanders’ Week 16 game, standing on the sidelines during the Cleveland Browns’ matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

Sanders’ personal life has included long relationships and public transitions. He has five children from previous marriages, including two sons, Shilo and Shedeur, who both play football. His past engagement to Tracey Edmonds ended in late 2023 after more than 10 years together.

Tran continues to maintain her own identity alongside the relationship. She is consistently active on social media and often shares fitness and beauty content with her followers. This week, she drew attention after posting a gym video, in which she wore a white crop top and mint green printed workout pants.
