Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is back to therapeutic piano playing but cybercitizen says, “he does everything but win games”

In June 2024, a reporter asked Joe Burrow about his offseason hobbies at a press conference. “We’re gonna travel a little bit. Learning how to play the piano,” the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback replied. “That’s always fun. [I’ve been learning through] YouTube videos, that’s been a fun process, set up by the pool. I got a couple of songs I can play.”In a July 2024 interview with Complex Sports’ Ben Felderstein, Burrow shared, “I’m learning the piano right now, and hopefully I can get good at it by next offseason. It’ll be tough during the season, but it’s helped my rehab, too, for my wrist, so that’s something I want to get good at.”“I’ve always wanted to learn how to play, but this was an opportune time to work on my hand and wrist dexterity while learning. So, it was the perfect storm.”The two-time Pro Bowler learned piano to improve his wrist, recover, and ultimately throw better as a quarterback.
