Bad Bunny sued for $16 million, days ahead of Super Bowl LX

A few days ago, in early January, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera filed the $16 million lawsuit in a court in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
As per reports, in the lawsuit, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera claims that some of the phrases she had recorded and sent to Bad Bunny’s producer, Roberto J. Rosado, in 2018 casually over WhatsApp were used in the Grammy winner’s track Solo de Mí from the album X 100pre and in EoO from his popular and recent album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos. The woman, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera, has alleged that she did not sign any contract with Roberto J. Rosado or enter into any verbal obligation with him about the verses being used. She has also alleged that Bad Bunny not only included her recording in his popular songs but also used them during his recent concerts.

Bad Bunny expressed how grateful he is for performing in Super Bowl LX

Despite the shocking allegations, neither the Grammy winner Bad Bunny, nor his management has made any comments about the $16 million lawsuit.
While Bad Bunny’s performance at Super Bowl LX is all set to be held on Sunday, many feel it can also be a bit controversial.A few months ago, Bad Bunny expressed gratefulness for performing in Super Bowl LX as he said, “What I’m feeling goes beyond myself…”The “Debí Tirar Más Fotos” artist added, “It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown.”Bad Bunny continued, “This is for my people, my culture and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el Halftime Show Del Super Bowl.”
