NEW DELHI: The fourth ODI between India and New Zealand at the JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi was witness to 'Mahi Magic' when Indian skipper
Mahendra Singh Dhoni's brilliant work behind the stumps gave his home crowds a moment to cherish.
The incident took place during the 46th over of the New Zealand innings when
Ross Taylor was batting alongside Anton Devcich. He had laboured to 34 off 57 when he hit Umesh Yadav to fine leg and set off for a couple.
The throw from the fielder
Dhawal Kulkarni wasn't sharp so Dhoni came forward to collect the ball and in a jiff back-flipped it onto the stumps, without bothering to take a look. The ball crashed onto the stumps before Taylor could make his ground and his knock ended at 35.
