South Africa's Shukri applies for coach's job

MUMBAI, August 31: A new name was added to the hunt for the post of Indian coach on Friday. South African Shukri Conrad has expressed interest in the job. Conrad is expected to soon email his CV in response to the ad put up by the BCCI.
"I have a Level IV coaching certificate which is more than what the BCCI requires. Also, I have nearly 10 years of coaching experience which makes me a suitable candidate," Conrad told TOI.
Conrad has coached the province of Gauteng for seven years and now has been with Western Province for the last three years.
BCCI's advertisement has once again attracted applications from the old aspirants. Former Australian batsman John Dyson emailed his CV on Thursday. South African Dave Nosworthy has also applied again on Thursday.
