NASHIK: Replying to Andhra Pradesh's 348 all out, Maharashtra were 205 for one on the second day of elite B group Ranji Trophy match between at Anant Kanhere grounds.
Rohan Bhonsale (72) and Ameya Shrikhande (23) were at the crease for Maharashtra.
Harshad Khadiwale, along with Rohan Bhonsale, gave Maharashtra a good start.
Khadiwale completed his century 15 minutes after tea break.
He hit 16 boundaries in his century, soon after Bhonsale also completed his half century, which comprised six boundaries.
Maharashtra lost their first wicket in the form of Khadiwale, who was caught and bowled by Kalyankrishnan.
Khadiwale made 103 runs, including 17 fours when Maha score was 158. After tea, Maharashtra made a slow but steady progress. They scored 72 runs in 31 overs and lost only one wicket.
Earlier, resuming their overnight score of 262 for six wickets, Andhra lost their seventh wicket when A G Pradeep nicked one from first change bowler Khadiwale and caught at slips by Ameya Shrkhande. He made 24 runs.
Just after a drinks intervel, Andhra lost their eighth wicket in the form of M Suresh who was caught at mid-on by S Fallah on the bowling of Enamal Haque. Andhra were eventually all out at 348 in 117.3 overs and 509 minutes.
D P Vijaykumar remained notout at 26, Maharashtra's S Fallah took six wickets in 102 runs while Haq, H Khadiwale and N Paradkar took one wicket each.
