NBA legend Stephen Curry and Dwyane Wade’s wife Gabrille Union posts fun challenge for fans ahead of GOAT movie release on February 13

On February 13, 2026, the world will witness the NBA legend Stephen Curry venturing into the world of acting. His animated feature GOAT is already making headlines due to the star power it carries, both from the world of basketball and the film industry. Ahead of its much anticipated release, Stephen Curry, along with Dwyane Wade’s wife, Gabrielle Union, decided to post a fun challenge for the fans. Some of the other cast members of the movie also got featured in the short clip. Jennifer Lewis, Patton Oswalt and Caleb McLaughlin decided to complete the challenge themselves first before opening it up to the fans. They decided to keep the challenge named on the lines of the move itself, “GOAT.” The film has been produced in collaboration with Sony Pictures Animation and Stephen’s own Unanimous Media.Fans are just a few days away from witnessing a fun animated sports movie set in an all-animal world. Titled as “GOAT,” Stephen Curry, besides producing the film, gave his voice for a giraffe character named Lenny Williamson. The NBA legend has involved himself in promoting the film extensively. Now he has joined hands, once again, with Dwyane Wade’s wife, Gabrielle Union, to post another challenge for the fans. The official page of the GOAT movie posted a video explaining the challenge. Stephen started, “Do you know a GOAT? Shout them out.”He further continued, “You know someone who is killing the game, top of their class or just doing some cool stuff, we want to hear about it.” The clip then featured some of the other cast members, including Gabrielle, Caleb McLaughlin, Patton Oswalt, and Jennifer Lewis. All of them appeared, revealing who their respective GOATs were. The video ended with each one of them posting the question to the fans, “Who is your GOAT?” Stephen added, “Post about your GOAT,” followed by Gabrielle further stating, “Using the hashtag #ThatsmyGOAT.” Caleb, towards the end, mentioned the film's release date, which is February 13, 2026.As the Golden State Warriors star and Dwyane Wade’s wife, Gabrielle Union, posted the challenge, they also took on the task themselves. Both Curry and Gabrielle revealed who their GOATs are. Stephen exclusively talked about his four kids. He stated, “I wanna shoutout all four of my kids. Because they keep me inspired to bring the best out of them.” The names of his kids are Riley, Ryan, Canon and Caius.In the same clip, American actress Gabrielle also revealed who her GOAT was and it was none other than her mother. It was adorable how she revealed the name.
