The hustle continues for Ravindra Jadeja to remain fit

A live wire on the cricket field, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been working in full force even in the times of lockdown. Along with other citizens of the country, Jadeja too has been confined to his home, but the 31-year-old has been continuously working out at home to remain fit. Although restricted to basic exercises and limited gym equipment, Jadeja is staying fit as best as possible.

KL Rahul leaving no stone unturned

Deprived of cricketing activities, restricted to home and with no access to a gym, KL Rahul continues his journey towards fitness. Rahul, even with limited equipment, has been giving his 100 percent to improve his fitness levels.

Hardik finds a fitness partner in brother Krunal

Hardik Pandya after a long injury break was set to return in the South Africa ODI series in March before it was cancelled due to coronavirus. Since then, Hardik like other sports persons has been waiting for normalcy to resume. But even in this prolonged forced break, Hardik has continued to work on his fitness. Alongside brother Krunal, who is also a cricketer, Hardik has been utilizing the down time to regain full fitness.

Fitness, an essential parameter for Rohit Sharma

In a video posted by Mumbai Indians on their official Twitter handle, the franchise shared the daily routine of their star batsman and skipper Rohit Sharma. In the video, Rohit was seen spending a lot of time on his fitness regime. Although restricted to his home, Rohit is making good use of his equipment to maintain his fitness.

No space constraints for Mohammed Shami

Ahead of the nationwide lockdown, pacer Mohammed Shami reached his village in Amroha where his family lives. Although due to the lockdown, there has been no cricket either for Shami, but the pacer has been making good use of the big space available in his farm. From sprinting to doing weights, Shami has been making good use of the lockdown.

Limited set up, not a problem for Jasprit Bumrah

Unlike his bowling partner Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah does not have the luxury of a big open space currently, but the pacer is making the most of the equipment at his home to remain fit. Confined to his house due to the lockdown and with no access to a ground, Bumrah is still managing to maintain his fitness routines.

Bajrang Punia not bogged down by Olympics postponement

The postponement of the Tokyo Olympics was a setback for all athletes. Adding to the misery was not being able to continue practice at training centres, but wrestler Bajrang Punia has refused to put his hands down. Although he is missing training partners, coaches and other facilities mandatory for a wrestler, Bajrang at his home is making the most of what he has at his disposal. Fully focussed on fitness at the moment, Bajrang is preparing for the time when he will be once again on the mat, wrestling for his country.

Cristiano Ronaldo preparing for return

Juventus icon Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to his club in Italy and is currently under a mandatory 14-day quarantine but even when football was at a complete halt across Europe, Ronaldo, at his home was continuously training and pushing hard for the time when the return of sporting activities will be possible. Ronaldo even shared multiple images and videos of him during the lockdown, training at his home and maintaining his fitness routines.

Rafael Nadal back to the court?

There have been reports that Rafael Nadal has been back on court after Spain eased lockdown restrictions but even in isolation the 33-year-old never stopped training and working at his fitness. Although with limited access to tennis for over 2 months, the current World no. 2 has been working thoroughly on the other aspects of his game.
