Dana White’s recent street-side moment managed make quite a noise around the UFC president. A short video shared on X showed White counting bills from a thick stack of cash before handing over a $1,000 tip. The interaction was brief, but the simplicity of the moment made it explode online.
The clip spread fast, pulling in reactions from fight fans, casual viewers, and longtime followers of White’s larger-than-life reputation. While the amount may not surprise those familiar with his wealth and history, the ease with which it happened turned the moment into a viral talking point across social media platforms.
Fans react to Dana White casually giving a $1,000 tip
The video, shared by Championship Rounds and other accounts, showed White outdoors, peeling off bills that appeared to be $100 notes. According to Celebrity Net Worth, White holds an estimated $500 million fortune and earns a reported $20 million salary. Even so, the gesture made quite a buzz.
Fan reactions poured in almost immediately.
"Absolutely insane aura," one fan shared on X.
"That’s a stimulus package," another wrote.
"That’s a regular Tuesday for him ," one fan commented.
"Awesome… the valet guy just had his monthly bills covered!!! Great to see generosity like that," another added.
White’s reputation for generosity did not start with this clip. In August last year, he donated $100,000 to MrBeast’s Team Water initiative, which aims to provide clean drinking water worldwide. He made that pledge during a Kick stream alongside MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, and streamer Adin Ross.
White also has a long history of spending freely within his inner circle. He famously gifted Nelk Boys member Kyle Forgeard $250,000 for his birthday in 2022. Ross has also spoken openly about White’s support.
“Dana has been such a supporter in everything I’ve done,” Ross said in an interview with Fred Talks Fighting earlier this year.
