Antonio Felix Da Costa is making the most of his New Year break, indulging in a mix of activities and sharing plenty of visual proof along the way. The Formula E driver posted a series of pictures and videos showcasing everything from sharpening his golf skills to training with Jaguar after switching from Porsche this season. Adding to the charm, the post also features several candid, unseen moments with his Formula E friends.

The first picture shows Antonio Felix Da Costa alongside his new Jaguar teammate, Mitch Evans, with both drivers looking effortlessly stylish in casual outfits. Sharing the random collection on Instagram, Da Costa captioned the post, “This and that around the world.”

The post includes behind-the-scenes glimpses of his training at Jaguar TCS Racing, featuring intense gym workouts and preparation sessions. Fans also caught a fun interaction between Da Costa and Nissan’s Norman Nato during one of the races. In another video, Formula E drivers are seen posing for a group photo, but Andretti’s Jake Dennis steals the moment by giving Da Costa a shoulder massage as he sits in the front row.


Beyond the paddock, the post highlights Da Costa’s golfing progress and other moments that kept him busy throughout the month. These include a snap of him driving through the city, watching a horse’s antics at a stable, and several other off-track moments.

Reacting to the post, Jake Dennis joked in the comments, writing, “Here to analyse the swing and only the swing,” a playful nod to Da Costa’s golfing skills. Formula E’s official Instagram account also chimed in with praise, commenting, “10/10… no notes.”

Fans were quick to spot the candid group-photo moment as well. One wrote, “Jake behind your back please! is the new Fernando, look up!” while another summed up Da Costa’s vibe perfectly, commenting, “busy but happy.”

What went wrong for Antonio Felix Da Costa in Sao Paulo?

On the sporting front, Formula E Season 12 did not get off to the best start for Antonio Felix Da Costa. During the Sao Paulo E-Prix final, his car was hit by Cupra Kiro rookie Pepe Martí, leaving the Jaguar driver to finish 11th in his debut race with the team.

Reflecting on the incident, Da Costa wrote on Instagram after the race, “Wrong place at the wrong time again. It was going to be a dream debut with Jaguar, P1 in the group and the fight for the race victory when this happened (swipe). The important thing is, no one got hurt. Happy with the work we’ve done in these two months of adaptation with the team - it’s only going to get better from now on.”

Da Costa will return to action at the Mexico City E-Prix on January 10, which marks Round 2 of the Formula E Season 12.
