The South Park skins are currently live in the Fortnite Item Shop, and if you wish to get the complete experience, you can get the “Gonna Have Myself A Time Bundle.” It is currently available at a heavily discounted price of 4000 V-Bucks and offers wonderful value, allowing you to save a lot compared to buying the items individually.
