The International League T20 (ILT20) is sponsoring the
2024 Men's Gulf Cricket Championship, demonstrating its commitment to fostering cricket's development in the Gulf region. The tournament, sanctioned by the Emirates Cricket Board, will showcase the cricketing talent of six nations.
The tournament will feature teams from the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. These six teams will compete in a 16-match, single-league format.
The tournament starts on December 13th and concludes with the final on December 21st. The final will be held under the lights at the Dubai International Stadium. Fans worldwide can follow the action on various broadcast platforms, both online and traditional.
Dubai will be the central hub for the ILT20 Men's Gulf Cricket Championship 2024. The tournament will be broadcast globally via a combination of established television channels and online streaming services. The opening matches will commence at the ICC Academy in Dubai on December 13th.
This year marks the second edition of the Gulf Cricket Championship. Oman emerged victorious in the inaugural tournament held in Qatar last year. This year’s tournament will follow a single-league format, with the top two teams contesting the final.
The opening day of the tournament, December 13th, features two exciting matchups. Bahrain will face off against the UAE at the ICC Academy. Following this, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia will clash at the same venue.
