NEW DELHI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday announced the appointment of Amol Muzumdar as the head coach of the India senior women's cricket team.
Domestic stalwart Muzumdar takes over from Ramesh Powar, who was removed as coach in December last year as part of a BCCI internal restructuring. The position of the head coach had been lying vacant since then.
