We would have bowled as well. It's a different challenge tonight, change in conditions and against a challenging opposition. We are playing the same team. Everyone has pulled well and are fresh. It's extremely important, we have played as a group and that's the way we will go.
We will bowl first. The wicket looks better, dew might come in later. We're sticking with the same team. The youngsters will gain this sort of experience. Batting has been a bit of a concern for us. We have the advantage of having played over here.
In terms of fitness, body, I'm 100 percent fit. Since the 2019 World Cup to now there's been a lot of rehab and strength and conditioning I've had to do but at this very moment I'm fit and healthy. I'm still looking after myself in terms of going to the gym and making sure that I do the work, not just giving up. The benefit of that is being able to bowl whatever I want, when I want, how I want, what pace, without anything in my mind of being in pain or any discomfort that something may go wrong.
Yeah, we knew when we came to Sharjah, we knew that from the past few games Sharjah was not that great to bat except for the game that we played against Bangladesh that was a very true wicket. Hats off to Pathum Nissanka for holding on the inning as batting was not up to standard, but the wicket wasn't helping the batsmen, as well.
