NAGPUR: It was a mixed day for Nagpur in the All India Senior Ranking Badminton Tournament being played at Hyderabad. While upcoming shuttler Rasika Raje entered the women's singles quarterfinal, experienced Arundhati Pantawane had to withdraw because of fever.
Sixteenth seed Rasika upset sixth seed Saili Rane 21-19, 10-21, 21-16 in 65 minutes to seal her berth in the last eight.

The 18-year-old city shuttler had also beaten Saili in February this year at Bangalore.
Rasika will now clash with her Gopichand Academy practice partner Rituparna Das in the quarters on Saturday. Third seed Rituparna ousted former Indian star Aditi Mutatkar 21-12, 24-22.
Fourth seed Arundhati pulled out from her third round match against G Vrushali.
