Ever stared at an image that plays tricks on your eyes? Aptly called optical illusions, these are weird images and they aren't just fun—they're windows to your subconscious mind. How? Well, most of these optical illusions are based on psychological principles and so, they reveal how you perceive the world around you based on what you see first is such images.
For instance, this particular test claims to reveal if you are a big picture thinker or a deep analyzer. The test is based on a tricky image, which was initially shared by Dasha Takisho on social media. And at first glance at the image, a person can either see a group of giraffes or bearded man's face. Depending on what you see first, the image can decode your thinking style.
Ready to take the test? Simply close your eyes and relax. Now, look at the above image and notice what catches your attention first. Now, read what it reveals about you below:
1. If you saw the giraffes first, it means...
"You’re someone who thinks in perspective. You need to see beyond the obvious, to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. It often feels like you can “see through” people, situations, even words.
You rise above details easily and grasp the bigger picture," Dasha wrote in the post.
She added, "But sometimes your mind goes too far ahead, while your body stays tense. You’re here — but your thoughts are already somewhere in the future."
2. If you saw the bearded man’s face first, it means...
"You’re a person of depth and meaning. Surface-level answers don’t satisfy you. You reflect, analyze, question everything. That’s your strength — maturity, insight, inner awareness," her post read.
Dash added that it also means "sometimes you overthink. You crave a place of calm where you don’t have to analyze every detail — where you can just be,"
