Jagvir has a PhD in Nanotechnology and an MBA, and has been involved in the domain of research and innovation for the past more than 15 years. After working with prestigious CSIR (Council for Scientific & Industrial Research) as Scientist for more than 10 years, he migrated to Canada with his family to explore further research avenues in 2015. After facilitating ‘lab-to-market’ transition of numerous technologies both in Canada and India, he took onto himself to utilize his technological knowledge and experience into providing unique solutions in the area of health and beauty segment. He along with his wife – Geeta Yadav incorporated their company in 2018 to jump into their entrepreneurial journey. It was a challenging for someone coming from purely academic technology background to enter into the commercial sector where there is cut-throat competition and required a different skill set. But no doubt, it has been an eternally satisfying experience till date. In this venture, he found huge support in his life partner who has more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience.
