Kumar Subham is the co-Founder at Rashtram School of Public Leadership, and Director at Vision India Foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and a Masters in Public Administration. He is the curator for popular policy programs like Good Governance Yatra, ePolicy BootCamp, Public Policy Program for Executives (P3E) etc. He has previously worked with multiple MNCs to develop tech-products on education and health, before switching to the public policy space. He has also designed the simulation card game on politics, called Manifesto, and the editor of an annual compendium of governance models, Good Governance Compendium. His interest areas are political economy, government systems, e-governance, and institutional strategy.
