Lip-smacking Holi delicacies
<b>Bread Chaat</b><br><br>Serves 3-4<br><br>2 slices of bread1 medium potato - boiled and grated (1/2 cup)<br><br>1/2 of a small onion - chopped<br><br>1/2 tsp salt<br><br> 1/2 tsp red chilli powder<br><br>1/2 tsp haldi<br><br>1 green chilli - deseeded and chopped<br><br>1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves<br><br>Green chutney<br><br>Saunth or quick meethi chutney<br><br>1-2 tbsp aloo bhujiya (optional)<br><br><b>Method:</b><br><br>Mix potatoes, onion, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, green chilli and coriander. Mix well. <br><br>Divide into 2 portions. Spread one portion on a slice of bread. Press well. Cut into 4 triangular pieces. Deep fry until golden brown. <br><br>Spread meethi chutney and green chutney on each piece. Top with aloo bhujiya. Serve immediately.<br><br><i>(Courtesy: Nita Mehta)</i><br><br>
