Zodiac signs that are not boss material

Some people are born leaders and they have a personality which fits the boss description. However, there are some who just do not have that boss like personality where they have to be detached, balanced, dominating but subtle. Here is a list shared by Tarot card reader Jeevika Sharma, that tells us the zodiac signs who are well known for not being boss material.

Aquarius are not boss material due to their tendency of being impractical most of the time. They are bad at dealing with people at work. They find it difficult to understand others and fail to command them the right way. They may be dominating but their domination is not enough to get the work done or to meet the targets.

Pisces are emotional and soft at handling people. They try to dominate them but the effect is not long lasting. These characteristics do not make them suitable for a leadership role. If they become a boss they would empathise with the problems their subordinates are facing, which would not get any work done.

Gemini are not boss material. This is because they misuse their power at times. They may know how to get the work done as a boss but they fail to follow the rules which a boss should follow while getting the work done. Gemini could become harsh or rude when not required or they may fail to understand the potential of the employee they are handling.

Cancer could hardly be boss material. They are sensitive to the emotions of others. They try to keep themselves away from the stress and workload. Managing their employees is something which they may note prefer. Cancer as a boss may leave things up to the employees which can cause a lot of mismanagement at work.

Leo souls are not boss material as they easily get irritated by other people. They are dominating but if they face any undue disturbances while getting the work done, they become aggressive and may leave the work in between. Leo wants their own space to function and responsibility as a boss is not something they would latch on to with vigour.
