Vastu tips for couples

To avoid unnecessary and mentally taxing fights all couples must try everything possible so that they do not regret anything later. Besides going to a marriage counsellor and discussing it out, there are a few Vastu remedies as well which can be easily followed. Here are a few of those remedies restricted to your bedroom only that can be tried by all couples to avoid ugly fights and separation.

2/6

Bed

The best direction in which you must keep your bed should be the south-west side of the house. You must sleep with the head towards the south or east and legs towards the west or north direction. It is all about the sleep quality which influences your mood too. Also, make sure your bed is made of wood and not metal as that creates negative vibrations. Try to sleep on one mattress and not by joining two separate mattresses. Do not place the bed in a corner of your room as that restricts positive energy.

3/6

The floor mop

One very interesting and said to be very helpful remedy is mopping the floor with sea salt mixed in the water at least once a week. This is said to help in removing negative energy.

4/6

The pillows

Keep only 2-3 pillows on the bed and avoid anything extra as that is said to be a pull of obstacles especially for couples.

5/6

The wall decor

Do not display or hand negative pictures on your bedroom wall. No fight, depictions, battles or anyone crying for that matter no matter how expensive the painting is and how beautiful the artist’s work is. Stick to happy couple pictures and vibrancy. Images that exude positivity is what your room must have.

6/6

Declutter

Clutter or mess is always the bringer of negativity. Not only Vastu but even Feng Shui recommends decluttering to welcome positive vibes in your room as that effects your lives. This goes not just for couples but single souls as well.
