Relationship lessons to learn from Deepika and Ranveer

This is one power couple we all look upto! Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh look so much in love with each other and during the pandemic, we all have seen their Instagram posts which are full of fun, love and elements of their individual personalities. Who wouldn’t want a marriage like that where no one overshadows the other? So here are a few lessons we can learn from Ranveer and Deepika to make our relationships and marriages a haven.

2/6

Learning from each other

Every person has his or her own personality and traits whether positive or negative. Instead of saying “I can’t do what she/he does”, try to learn from the good the other has to offer. Ranveer Singh once said in an interview that the one thing he is trying to learn from his “beautiful wife” is time management. He said: “I love everything that I do and I love my job, but I am working towards maintaining a balance. When you talk about efficient time management, I am closely following the footsteps of my very beautiful wife”.

3/6

PDA

PDA is not everyone’s forte and it is not compulsory either but it is good to express love for your partner, publicly, in some or the other way. These two sometimes snuggle, kiss or hug besides saying it out in words. If you find it awkward when it comes to physical distance, you can always express it sometimes in a few words that you love your spouse. These small things count a lot in a relationship. It works on eliminating any kind of insecurity your partner may have regarding your relationship as well.

4/6

Be yourselves

Don’t pretend to be someone you are not and instead work with each other’s individuality. Both Ranveer and Deepika have their own way of working, acting in public and their fashion sense is poles apart as well. Deepika has often joked and joined TV show hosts when they make fun of Ranveer’s crazy outfits but that doesn’t mean that Ranveer has to change it. Just be who you are and accept the other person as is. This brings harmony in any relationship and you feel that sense of freedom too.

5/6

Be secure

In a relationship, married or not, concern for the partner is obvious. So instead of making the other one guess all the time and be worried over where you might be, where safety is the main concern, let them know. This is just one aspect of it. Deepika has always said that Ranveer is confident about himself and also about her pursuing her dreams. She does not worry about her work hours anymore because she knows that Ranveer understands and respects her work as well. This is there only when the couple is secure in their relationship.

6/6

Humor

It is necessary to have some humor in life. Otherwise all can be dull especially in a marriage which tends to look rather monotonous after a few years. Amid the lockdown, Deepika would often put up posts on her Instagram where she would pull Ranveer’s leg or simply play around in a humorous way. You should definitely know how to take a joke and laugh with it as it make your lives fun!
