Do not do these things

Whenever you are in bed, having sex, planning to lead it to that point, there are a few things that must never, ever be done. They can ruin your relationship and kill all those sexual feelings. Here are 5 such things that must always be avoided in bed, and during sex.

2/6

Never assume you are good

In bed, never assume that the moves you are making are right and perfect because what works for one person may not work for another. You must ask and try to understand what your partner prefers because that helps in strengthening your physical and emotional relationship.

3/6

Don’t bring in your resentments

When you come to bed, shed all the negativity behind and let your bed be a positive space which is only for you both. If you are upset, talk about it with your partner in another room and never go to sleep without resolving your issues.

4/6

Don’t feel pressured to have sex

This is very common amongst couples. Either of the two sometimes pretend that they are okay with what their partner is doing in bed. Even if they are not in the mood to do it, they do it, it agitates them and eventually it can lead to a fight. It is advised to take 10 to 15 minutes to make out, appreciate the physical body without having sex. That is very important.

5/6

Don’t criticise your partner’s body

He is fat or she has love handles, the stretch marks, a scar etc, all these things should never be brought forth on the bed. It affects your partner’s confidence because we are the most vulnerable when we are naked, literally!

6/6

Never bring up your ex

No matter what happens, never, ever bring up your ex on the bed or at any intimate moment. It could be your romantic skill set but boasting it in front of your partner is going to be lethal for you.
