Flour is the main ingredient required in an Indian household, as chapatis are an integral part of the Indian diet. People majorly consume chapatis or rice in their diet with some Indian households eating the dish twice a day. While chapatis provide the required carbohydrates and energy in the body, different types of flours or atta can be used to make our food and diet-friendly. Thus, with a staple diet that is rich in fiber and low in calories, there are some flours mixed with cereals and grains which can provide you with a whole lot of traditional nutrition.
