2/6

Skipping rope

Skipping rope is not just a fun activity but a great exercise. The exercise engages your whole body and gives you a good workout. Not just this, the best part about the exercise is it can be done anytime anywhere and there is only one equipment needed - skipping rope.

3/6

Workout bands

Workout bands are a great way to add more intensity to your workout. Doing squats using bands or using them while cycling with your back on the floor can help your abs go stronger and build core strength. You can also use a resistance band for stretching and training for other exercises to take your workout to the next level and flatten your belly.

4/6

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains potassium along with amino acids and antioxidants that promote overall health and weight loss. ACV has disinfecting properties that kill toxins and harmful bacteria thriving in the bodies. Studies have claimed that ACV is a potential weight loss drink. It is a low-calorie drink, helps suppress fat accumulation, keeps you fuller for longer and helps in managing blood sugar levels. All this in turn helps one shed extra kilos.

Tip: Never forget to dilute apple cider vinegar before consuming it.

5/6

Cut back on salt

Salt promotes water retention. To minimise that, lower your intake of sodium. For some days, you can flavour your food with herbs and spices. This will get rid of excess water from the body and move the scale instantly.

6/6

Do circuit training

Circuit training is great for building muscles and burning fat at the same time. Indulge in full-body exercises like push-ups, lunges and pull-ups. Do one set of 15 repetitions and follow every exercise with one minute of jumping rope. This will help you burn around 500-600 calories per week.
