10 common HIV symptoms

When it comes to HIV and its transmission, there are a lot of subtle signs and symptoms that often go unnoticed. It is important to note these early signs since it actually feels a lot like the common cold or everyday flu.

HIV symptoms in women different than those in men. Here’s a list of 10 very common HIV symptoms every woman should know and look out for:

4/10

Your lymph nodes are swollen

Lymph nodes are located in your neck, back of your head, groin and armpits. Being a part of the immune system, these nodes store immune cells. After being attacked by HIV virus, these glands began to appear swollen as immunity system kicks in. If you have been noticing any change in your lymph nodes, it is best to get them tested by a doctor.

5/10

Your stomach is upset all the time

If you feel nauseous or your stomach just feels off most of the time, get it checked whether it is a stomach bug or something more severe.

6/10

Change in menstrual cycle

Women who have contracted HIV may notice a lot of changes in their menstrual cycle. Some may not have periods at all while other women may experience heavier or lighter period than usual.

7/10

You develop rashes everywhere

Rash is a very common symptom of HIV. Pay attention and check for red rashes all over your body. They may or may not be itchy and many different types of rashes are limited to one or two spots only, including your arms and legs.

8/10

You are losing weight without even trying

In the later stages, the HIV virus leads to a loss of appetite and hinders the absorption of nutrients. This weight loss is not evident as it happens over a period of time.

9/10

You are sleepy

While it is not uncommon to feel exhausted and drained out, thanks to today’s busy schedule, if it is something a good night's sleep is not able to fix, it could point towards something more sinister. In addition to feeling tired and sleepy, if your body is aching and hurting everywhere, chances are your body is fighting the HIV virus.

10/10

You feel feverish

In the early stages of contracting HIV, you may have certain flu-like symptoms including a low-grade fever. Fever is your body’s way of trying to fight a foreign body. While raising the temperature of the body might be sufficient to kill milder viruses, in this case, it is insufficient.

My name is Cyprienne Gueu , i was diagnosed with HIV in 2015, and since then my life was turned upside down. I even infected my husband with the virus, until i read a testimony from a woman about a healer who uses herbs to cure diseases like HIV, genital warts, herpes, Hepatitis, breast cancer , many more. And she dropped his email, which i used to contact him and told him about my problem, he assured me that he can heal me and told me all i need to do, after which he sent some herbal medicine to me in Montreal, where i was residing with my husband in Canada. He told i and my husband to take the medication for 3weeks which we did religiously. Now we are fully healed, we are now HIV negative. Even last week we went for a test again and it was all negative, thanks to the healer Dr''Water for saving our life. And i will advice any of you who needed help about this deadly virus should contact Dr''Water through his Whatsapp: 2349050205019 or email: drwaterhivcurecentre(a)gmail.com i believe he can help you too, thank you.
