Feeling too bloated for sex?

When Leslie Mann turned down the sex invite by Paul Rudd in ‘Knocked Up’ because she was constipated, we all thought about it like is this really a thing? Being bloated or full of gas and poop – is it a legit reason to not have sex? Well, it sure can make sex uneasy but there are things you can do to have sex even when you are bloated. We list them here.

​Let the gas out

<p>LET THE GAS OUT: Before you get laid, take time to push through the gas off your body. Go to the restroom or spare yourself some privacy in a room and simply push it out. You can do the following to get ripping:<br></p><p>Try yoga. Do wind relieving pose.</p><p>If you are in public, you can massage your stomach in a clockwise direction.</p><p>Take some antacids or chew ginger.</p>

​Burp it out

<p>BURP IT OUT: If the gas is coming out the other way, burp as much as you can.<br></p>

​Skip oral

<p>SKIP ORAL: While you know you are holding in farts, letting your partner go down on you will be sadistic. Don’t do that. Ever.<br></p>

​Skip positions that will put pressure on your anal cavity

<p>SKIP POSITIONS THAT WILL PUT PRESSURE ON YOUR ANAL CAVITY: There are certain positions that can make you more prone to producing rectal cacophony during sex as they push your anal cavity. Two of the worst positions to do are doggie style and reverse cowgirl. Instead, do positions that involve you to face each other.<br></p>

​Don’t let it become a big deal

<p>DON’T LET IT BECOME A BIG DEAL: If you are gassy and constipated, farting is only normal and let’s say, despite trying your best not to, your still end up letting a few slip during sex, then you should simply laugh it off. Is there a human who doesn’t fart? Not likely on this earth.<br></p>

<p>PRE-PLAN: If you have digestive issues in general, make sure that you plan in advance to prevent any slippages. Take some digestion enhancing pills and avoid too much booze while you are out for the date.<br></p>

<p>AND NEVER BODY SHAME YOURSELF: One thing to always remember is that never, ever skip a date because you think your belly pouch is a little too much that day. Who doesn’t bloat every now and then?
