Eat slowly
Chew your food and enjoy the taste. Eat your food mindfully so you can savour it. Keep the sweet longer in your mouth. This will make the tongue pass on the message to your brain and you will stop craving for it.

When we indulge in excess fatty and sweet foods, our bodies produce more acid. So remember to include a portion of raw vegetable and lemon water to keep yourself alkaline.
