#InternationalYogaDay

Yoga is not just a form of physical activity, it is an art of living, a way of being. It is all about finding one's true self and connecting with it. It is a great way to bring your mind and body in sync.

Originated and practiced in India from ancient time, yoga has now taken over the entire world for its various health benefits. And recognition of 21st June as International Yoga Day by the United Nations is just a proof of how this Indian form of workout is dominating the world.

The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “yuj” which means to connect, join or balance. Every asana of yoga has its own importance and health benefits. It should be performed with accuracy and concentration.
