Barbie director did not use CGI on Margot's feet
As per a report by the Daily Mail, filmmaker Greta Gerwig decided to not use computer-generated imagery for Margot Robbie because she has the nicest feet. "'And [Margot] has the nicest feet. She has these beautiful dancers' feet. She should just hang onto that bar and do it just like this," she told the media.
How to get those Barbie feet?
Going barefoot around your house as much as possible can give you Barbie feet, Matt Roberts told the Daily Mail. He says wearing shoes can make the feet lazy. 'We need to stimulate the muscles in the foot arch to ensure that they don’t weaken and collapse, as wearing shoes provides easy support and assistance,' the celeb trainer, who has been a personal trainer to Adele and Naomi Campbell, has said. He also suggests exercising the arches every day.
How to arch your feet?
Matt says, to exercise the arch you need to sit down on floor and try to scrunch up a towel with your feet. "Perform reps until you feel the fatigue kick in and then rest and stretch the feet before repeating for a few sets," he suggests. He also suggests massaging the arch for better result. One can tone the feet by calf raises. For this, stand with your feet hip-width apart, now slowly rise till the tip of the toe and then slowly lower yourself back.
Toe lifts and scrunches can also help
He suggests placing marbles on the floor and lifting them with toes. He also recommends that lifting the toes while standing and keeping the heels firmly on the ground can help tone the feet.
Margot reveals how she shot that iconic scene
