His daily schedule also included a wide range of Yogasanas such as Bhujangasana, Shavasana, Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Mandukasana, Dhanurasana, Naukasana, Uttanpadasana, and other joint-strengthening and mobility exercises, along with yogic jogging.Today, Mr. Arun Kumar feels lighter, healthier, and more energetic.
