Are you just sad or there is something more?

We live in an era where we are constantly bombarded with a lot of information. We see people putting happy and warm pictures on social media, making it look like everything is under control, having the time of their life. This is why it often gets very difficult to distinguish between what is real and what is not as the line between real-happiness and fake smiles have become pretty blurred.

However, there are times when things can become a tad bit overwhelming and you need to analyze how you are actually feeling. For example, if you are feeling a little down and out lately and don’t feel like going out, are you just sad or suffering from depression? Having a mental health condition can be just as bad as having a physical illness or sometimes even worse.
