December 2022, the last month of the year, has arrived. This month is famous for celebrations and merry making. It is also the month of setting everything alright for the year ahead.

Aries are likely to be troubled by anxiety and restlessness. They might be sleep deprived towards the end of the month. In order to remain in the best health, do follow your daily activity religiously.

Do not let the temporary emotional meltdowns render you unhealthy and unprepared for the coming year.

Take care of head, eye, feet and arm most importantly. Prefer having organic seasonal fruits and vegetables. Stay away from junk food as much as possible.

It is going to be a good month for the Taurus. Apart from few episodes where digestion can be a problem, the entire month seems to be good on health front.

To avoid digestive issues do take lots of fibres in your food. During celebration do not overindulge yourself with liquors and wines.
