  • Find a comfortable seat, preferably a yoga mat, keep your spine straight and relaxed
  • Close your eyes slowly and breathe in a few times deeply.
  • Close your eyes with thumbs and place the index fingers on your forehead, rest the other fingers lightly over your face.
  • Breathe deeply and slowly in through your nose.
  • As you exhale slowly, hum, similar to a bee that buzzes. Maintain the sound steady and gentle.
